Ceiling Draping

Linens are essential to every wedding reception or banquet. At the Civic Center, you will see a wide range of styles, from simple white table linens and napkins with a simple centerpiece to over-the-top with chair covers and bows, table runners, head-table skirting with lights, back drop and ceiling draping.

Tablecloths

Tablecloths are special order and are available in White. Two week notice is required. See the Linen & Supply Order Form in Quick Links for sizes and pricing information. 

Backdrops

Backdrops are available through our supplier in white or ivory with a complementary color. The width of your backdrop will depend upon the number in your wedding party. 30-day notice is required.  See the Linen & Supply Order Form in Quick Links for information. 

Ceiling Draping

Ceiling draping is available through our supplier in white or ivory and includes twinkle lights. 30-day notice is required. See the Linen & Supply Order Form in Quick Links for information. 

Chair Covers

Chair covers are available through our supplier.  See the Linen & Supply Order Form in Quick Links for information. 

Note:
Tablecloths, napkins, backdrops, ceiling draping, and chair covers are NOT included in the rental of the banquet rooms. See the Linens & Supply Pricing and Order Form for fees.

Tablecloth Linen Sizing Guide:

60-inch Round Guest Tables use 81-inch Square or 90-inch Square linens (guest count divided by 8 = number of guest tables).
30-inch by 6 feet Service/Buffet Tables use 52-inch by 90-inch linens.
30-inch by 8-foot Service/Buffet Tables use 52-inch by 114-inch linens.
36-inch Card Tables use 52-inch by 52-inch or 62-inch by 62-inch linens.
2-week notice is required for table linens.
Tablecloths and napkins are not kept in stock.
