Public Art Program

The Coon Rapids Arts Commission facilitates Art on Display, a rotational public art program that provides local and regional artists an opportunity to display their work at City Hall. Artists are invited to submit proposals for consideration.

The City and the arts commission are committed to promoting and integrating arts, culture and public aesthetics throughout the community. Displaying art at City Hall gives local and regional artists the opportunity to share their work publicly, while beautifying City facilities.

Submit Artwork for Consideration

Artists must submit an application online to be considered for quarterly display terms. The commission will select new artwork every three months to be displayed at City Hall.
